Account Deletion
We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your raagasTM account and all associated personal data, you can request deletion through the methods below.
What Gets Deleted
When your deletion request is processed, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Profile information (name, email)
- Phone number (after grace period)
- Saved delivery addresses
- Payment method preferences
- App preferences and settings
- Marketing and communication preferences
What's Retained
For legal and tax compliance, the following records are retained in anonymized form:
- Order history and invoices (7 years for tax compliance)
- Transaction records for GST audit
- Payment receipts
Important Information
Grace Period
You have 30 days to cancel your deletion request. During this time, you can contact support to reactivate your account.
Legal Retention
As per Indian tax laws, we retain order records and invoices for 7 years. This data is anonymized after deletion.
Active Orders
If you have active orders, please wait for them to be delivered before requesting deletion.
Irreversible
After the grace period, your personal data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
How to Request Deletion
You can request account deletion through any of the following methods:
Email Request
Send an email with subject "Account Deletion Request" to:

Already Logged In?
If you can access your account, you can request deletion directly from the app:
- Go to Account in the app
- Navigate to Profile section
- Scroll to Danger Zone
- Click Delete Account
